Fans flocking to NFL stadiums across the country to cheer for their favorite team this Sunday will enjoy doing so in nearly perfect weather conditions, at least by mid- to late-November standards.
While wet and soggy weather conditions may have played a factor in the Sunday night game in Chicago as well as the Monday game in Pittsburgh last week, weather will not have an effect on games and tailgates this week.
With high pressure sprawling across much of the nation this weekend, chances are pretty good there will be a fair amount of sunshine as your favorite team takes the field.

Dry and sunny weather will also be common throughout the center of the country where the Detroit Lions, St. Louis Rams, Kansas City Chiefs, Dallas Cowboys and Houston Texans are all hosting games this afternoon. Even farther east in Atlanta, the weather will fairly nice.
Although the teams that play in Atlanta, Ga., St. Louis, Mo., Dallas, Texas, Detroit, Mich., and Houston, Texas, all have indoor stadiums, weather outside these venues will be nice and comfortable for all the tailgates and festivities before and after the games.
Beautiful fall weather is in store for an AFC West battle this afternoon in Denver between the Broncos and the San Diego Chargers. Temperatures will warm into the upper 50s to around 60 during the game with mostly sunny skies.
The cities which will have the least desired weather for week 11 action in the NFL will be Charlotte, N.C., and Oakland, Calif. It should be mentioned that the weather in these locations won't really be all that bad.
Although the storm system off the Carolina coastline will not bring any showers to the Charlotte area, it will bring mainly cloudy skies and cool conditions. Temperature will be in the lower to middle 50s by kickoff between the Carolina Panthers and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
In Oakland, Calif., where the New Orleans Saints take on the host Raiders, the weather will be dry with mostly cloudy skies for the tailgating and the game. Temperatures will warm into the lower 60s by the middle of the game.
Finally, the Sunday night game featuring the AFC North bitter rivals Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens will take place in Pittsburgh, Pa., tonight. Mainly clear skies will allow temperatures to fall into the 40s during the game. Fans planning on attending this game will want to have those gloves and hats ready as they head into Heinz Field.
