Temperatures will be on a roller coaster ride in Pittsburgh through Monday.

Temperatures dipped into the single digits Friday night before rebounding into the 30s on Saturday. Further warming sent temperatures to 42 F on Sunday.

Much colder air will return Sunday night with periods of rain Sunday evening changing to snow overnight. This cold air will lead to a quick freeze that will make for dangerous travel.

Blizzard conditions could occur in the Laurels on Monday as temperatures plummet through the single digits and then to below zero Monday night.

Highs near zero on Tuesday and dangerously colder AccuWeather.com RealFeel® temperatures will force those in New York City to bundle up to avoid enduring frostbite or hypothermia.
