Warmer, Drier Weather Coming to Dallas

By By Mark Leberfinger, Staff Writer

Warmer, drier weather is in store for Dallas as the weekend approaches.

Thanks to the influence of a southerly breeze, temperatures will warm into low 80s Friday and Saturday.

There is a chance of showers and thunderstorms late Saturday night into Sunday afternoon.

Depending on the timing, the showers and storms could impact Games 2 and 3 of an all-Texas weekend series between the Houston Astros and the Texas Rangers at Globe Life Park.

The teams play at 7:05 p.m. CDT Saturday and at 2:05 p.m. CDT Sunday.

Once the showers and storms move through, it will turn cooler on Monday with a high in the mid-60s.

Conditions on Tuesday should be pleasant with highs in the upper 60s and mostly sunny skies.
