After a dry weekend, stormy weather will return for the new week in Cleveland.

By Monday, showers and thunderstorms are expected to return to the region. The storms on Monday will become more numerous as the day goes on. It will also be much cooler, as high temperatures hover around 76 F.

The storms could cause flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

The unsettled weather pattern will continue to bring showers and thunderstorms through Tuesday. Showers will continue in spots Tuesday evening, otherwise it will remain cloudy.

The wet weather could lead to delays in the game between the Cleveland Indians and Arizona Diamondbacks Tuesday evening.

Temperatures will drop as the week goes on, reaching the low 70s by Wednesday.
