    Return to Warmer Weather Ahead for Detroit

    Detroit will continue to see a period of slightly cooler temperatures before warmer weather arrives for the weekend.

    It will remain cool on Wednesday with temperatures remaining in the low 70s and times of clouds and sun with a shower possible in the afternoon.


    Normal temperatures for this time of year are around 84 F.

    Temperatures will slightly increase on Thursday, as partly sunny conditions persist. Highs will be in the mid-70s.

    Temperatures are expected to remain in the 70s up until the weekend.

    Friday evening will see good weather for baseball with highs in the upper 70s as the Detroit Tigers host the Cleveland Indians at Comerica Park. First pitch is set for 7:08 p.m., EDT.

    The temperatures return to the low 80s on Saturday and Sunday with the chance for a thunderstorm both days.
