* TIMING...Winds are forecast to increase steadily this morning
and continue this afternoon before subsiding by evening.
* WINDS...Northwest winds increasing to 20 to 30 mph with
occasional gusts of 40 to 45 mph.
* IMPACTS...Loose objects will get blown about. Smaller trees
could see limbs blown down. High profile vehicles will be
buffeted by the gusty winds. Crosswinds could affect some
airports. Isolated power outages are possible.

are expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult...
