following...Orange County...The Inland Empire...San Bernardino
County Mountains...and Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills.
* from 11 PM PDT this evening through late Thursday night
* Rainfall Rates...Peak rainfall rates of one-half inch per hour.
* Storm Total Rainfall...Widespread 1 to 2 inches for coast and
valley areas and 4 to 7 inches along the coast-facing slopes of
the San Bernardino County mountains.
A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.
You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
