accumulations up to 20 inches, are possible.

Springdale-Hunters Road, Orin-Rice Road, and Flowery Trail
* WHEN...From Monday evening through late Tuesday night.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heavy snow accumulations Tuesday will
create very difficult travel conditions. Localized power outages
will be possible from heavy wet snow. Heaviest snow
accumulations will be near the Canadian Border with a transition
to rain for the southern valleys.
