...WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Dangerous wind chills. Wind chills as low as 15 below
zero. Total snow accumulations of less than one inch expected
across the mountains. Northwest winds 15 to 30 mph gusting up to
55 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Virginia and
southeast West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until noon EST Monday. Strongest winds will continue into
this evening. The coldest wind chills will be late tonight.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite
on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Downed tree limbs
and sporadic power outages are possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frostbite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
