Barneston Man's Probation Revoked, Sent to Prison

BEATRICE - A district judge has declined to keep a Barneston man on probation, saying that alternative hasn't worked well. 20-year-old James Lopez was sentenced in Gage County District Court Thursday, to concurrent 18-month state prison terms and 90-days on a third charge.
