Deputies: Couple beat, robbed Butts County senior citizen

Law enforcement officers are hunting for a couple who deputies said is armed and dangerous. Locating the pair has become the Butt's County Sheriff's Office top priority.

Investigators said Tiffany Washington, 34, and her boyfriend Kenneth "Andy" Faulkner, 40, tricked a 75-year-old man, robbing and beating him. Lt. Richard Gandee said late Friday night into early Saturday morning, Washington and a juvenile called the victim, who is described as a family friend and lured him to a home on Old South River Road.

Investigators said he was attacked while sitting on the swing in the backyard. Deputies believe Washington stood by while Faulkner attacked the man leaving him with serious injuries. The two then stole the victim's cellphone and a reported $4000 in cash.

Authorities said since then and with the help of friends and others, they have been able to elude authorities, but add the big question is what happens when the two run out of money.
