FREMONT, NE - A former teacher in the Scribner-Snyder school district is facing child abuse charges after police say he sent lewd photos to teenage boys. 30-year-old Bradley Hegemann, of Hartington, was arrested on Wednesday by the Scribner Police Department. He is charged with felony child abuse, contributing to the delinquency of a child, procuring alcohol to minors and enticement by electronic communication device.
