EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow this evening, then mixed precipitation
expected overnight into Friday morning. Total snow accumulations
of 5 to 10 inches and ice accumulations of a glaze expected.

* WHERE...Capital District, central and eastern Mohawk Valley,
Schoharie Valley, Helderbergs, Saratoga Glens Falls region,
Windham County in southern Vermont, and the northern Berkshires.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Friday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel will be very difficult. The
hazardous conditions will impact the Friday morning commute.
Snowfall rates of one to two inches per hour will occur this
evening into early tonight. The heaviest looks to fall just
after the evening commute today.
