...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1030 AM CDT MONDAY FOR
BALDWIN AND NORTHWESTERN ESCAMBIA COUNTIES...
At 1115 PM CDT, Doppler radar and rain gauge observations indicate
that 3 to 6 inches of rain has fallen over a large portion of
Baldwin County and northwest Escambia County Florida, with isolated
areas of 7 to 8 inches. While the heavy rain has ended, rivers,
creeks and streams will continue to rise through the overnight
hours, with flooding persisting or gradually increasing. The Fish
River at Silverhill is now forecast to crest above major flood stage
late tonight. The Styx River at Elsanor is forecast to rise to major
flood stage by tomorrow morning. Other rives, such as the Magnolia
River in Magnolia Springs continues to rapidly rise.

Daphne, Fairhope, Bay Minette, Foley, Robertsdale, Point Clear,
Loxley, Lillian, Magnolia Springs, Stapleton, Bon Secour, Summerdale,
Silverhill, Perdido Beach and Elberta.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
