In the February frenzy of winter storms, one is setting its sights on Baltimore. As the winter storm develops over the central Plains Monday night it will quickly charge eastward and bring a round of snow to the area. Snow will quickly overspread the area Tuesday morning before tapering off early Wednesday. Widespread snow totals of 3 to 6 inches are expected and road conditions will become slippery and snow covered throughout the day. While there will be a break on Wednesday, another storm traversing the country can bring some freezing rain early Wednesday night before temperatures rise above freezing.
