    If you've got a case of the winter workout blues, exercising might be the last thing on your mind, but just the thing you need. Many people promise to get back in shape after the New year, and there are a few small things you can do to make it easier to get your blood pumping again, regardless of rain or shine.

    Nowadays, if you dread leaving the house during cold winter months, there are tons of ways to workout at home. Video game consoles like the Wii offer plenty of fitness options and games. While Zumba is another new fitness craze for those who get bored by routine. Zumba is a dance workout that incorporates toning and cardio to fast-paced Latin music like salsa and merengue. Taking the stairs and walking more are also small ways to increase your activity level.
