Anytime you change your email address of record your present account
will be deactivated for security purposes.
The Account Reactivation form serves to notify you a newly generated
activation email has been mailed to the new email address, and is similar
to the Account Inactive form, in that it will prompt you
to Resend the activation email, Login (assuming you are now activated),
or Cancel -- activate later.
