How do I get an instruction manual?
In the program file you will find a Quick Start Manual along with several
other items. This manual will give you instructions on using AccuWeather for
Windows. You can also contact AccuWeather's Sales Department at (814) 235-8600,
or visit the AccuStore(tm) site.
How do I connect to AccuData? Can I use the Internet?
Access to AccuData is available via direct dial, via 800 number as well as
Internet. Internet access can be obtained by using AccuWeather for Windows software.
Your Internet provider will have to offer Telnet access. If you have questions
check out the Quick Start Manual or call AccuWeather's 24-Hour Computer Operations
Center at (814) 235-8650.
