Windows 95 Display Properties
The Display Properties window is shown below. After choosing the "Settings" tab, select the highest color option you can from the "Color palette" drop-down menu: True Color (32 bit), High Color (16 bit), or 256 colors. If you cannot select the higher color options, click and drag the "Desktop Area" slider (to the left) to a lower desktop resolution.
