Why are there white boxes behind the symbols?


White boxes behind symbols indicate that the missing/modified graphics were not updated.

If you receive a raw Quark document, go under Utilities, to Usage (v4) or Picture Usage (v3) and a dialog box will appear. Shift select all of the missing/modified items; click on update; then another dialog box will appear requesting you to find a graphic(s). Direct your computer to your AccuWeather keep folder where all of your static graphics and icons should be. Update the files.

If you receive a Quark EPS file from us, please call our Customer Service at (814)235-8650. Tell the Customer Service Representative that your symbols need to be updated. They will contact the artist to correct the problem and re-post your weather page.
