Service Standards: The deadline for making routine changes to your scheduled access times or days is 7 days in advance of each holiday. Requests after deadline will be accepted whenever possible. Requests made with less then 72 hours notice can introduce inconsistencies in your forecast and cannot be guaranteed.

Additional Considerations: Any change in access day (for non-daily customers) WILL change the forecast days for your weather forecast. For an explanation, please click here. Access of newspapers between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern time is highly discouraged. New data and statistics arrive at our headquarters during this time, and all the information you utilize may not be available. If access in this time frame is necessary, we may use data archived data.
