Bastardi Says Snowiest Winter for the Northeast in 5 Years
Cooler-than-average weather this summer in the Northeast could have more people from Boston to Washington, D.C. shoveling snow more often, compared to recent years, according to AccuWeather.com's Chief Meteorologist and Expert Long Range Forecaster Joe Bastardi.
