Sometimes a user can type their e-mail address incorrectly (it happens!). You can check your settings in our Account Preferences section.

If the delivery times seem strange, keep in mind that the schedule you selected is in local time; in other words, if you selected 3 p.m., you will receive it at 3 p.m. wherever you are. We have had cases of people thinking this was GMT, or EST. Your e-mail schedule can be altered in the Account Preferences section.

If you're having trouble reading your e-mail - and you see numerous strange words and characters - it may be that you don't have a mail reader that interprets HTML. In order to address this, you should obtain a mail reader that properly interprets HTML. This can be done with an Internet based-service such as Hotmail, or an Internet browser such as Netscape Communicator.
