An area of low pressure will continue to bring wet weather to South Carolina and surrounding areas through Tuesday, bringing more rain to an area that has dealt with historic flooding.
High seas have produced coastal flooding and beach erosion up and down the East Coast but South Carolina is said to be experiencing the worst flooding in 1,000 years.
