More Rain Will Dampen Pittsburgh Through Thursday

A couple of rounds of rain will affect the Pittsburgh area before the end of the week.

On and off rain will continue across the area into Thursday evening. A weak storm moving northeastward along a front will contribute to the wet weather.

While there can be enough rain to cause minor travel disruptions and typical flooding in poor drainage areas, not enough rain will fall to cause widespread flash and small stream flooding.

Rainfall in most cases will be under a half of an inch.
