The weather will feel more like springtime, rather than late autumn, in Philadelphia on Saturday for the Army-Navy Classic at Lincoln Financial Field.

The weather this time of the year in Philadelphia can be rainy or blustery and darn cold. However, that will not be the case for the game on Dec. 8, 2012.

According to Expert Senior Meteorologist Bob Smerbeck, "The morning will be unsettled with low clouds, drizzle and some rain in the area, but we expect the sky to brighten during the afternoon and the rain to move out by the start of the game."

Gates open at 11:00 a.m. EST with kickoff scheduled for mid-afternoon.

A shower is possible during midday activities. However, umbrellas are not allowed in the stadium. If you plan on venturing in early, take a plastic poncho.

With temperatures peaking near 60 degrees and little wind, it will feel more like the middle of April, rather than the middle of December.
