Colder weather will settle in by Friday across the Detroit area.
It was a mild Wednesday with a showers and fog in spots but Thursday will be the transition day with the highs in the mid-40s.
Daytime temperatures Friday through Monday will only be in the low 30s, about 5 to 6 degrees below normal for this time of year. Winds will pick up and the AccuWeather RealFeel® temperature will be in the mid-20s.
