Chilly air settling across western Washington is setting the stage for Seattle to soon experience its coldest night since spring.

The cool air arrived following the storm that brought a bit of rain to Seattle Sunday morning and swept away the foggy pattern the city was recently stuck in.

A breeze from the northeast ushered in the cool air that made the air feel 5 to 10 degrees cooler than actual temperatures through Monday.

Monday's high temperature was 58 degrees.
