Temperatures will be chilly as Sandy's remnants make their way into Canada.

It will be a cold night for people who lost their heat due to power outages. "Tonight, temperatures across D.C. will settle into the low 40s," said AccuWeather Meteorologist Andy Mussoline.

"Thursday will be mostly cloudy, but some sun will manage to sneak through in the afternoon," Mussoline said. "It will still be on the cool side as the temperatures will struggle to reach the upper 50s."
