Though warmth and sun will dominate through Wednesday, cooler temperatures and thunderstorms will creep in for the latter part of the week in Detroit.

Wednesday afternoon will be the warmest time of the week, with mostly sunny skies and temperatures as high as 80 degrees within the city. The nighttime will bear a stark contrast, however, as temperatures fall to 56 degrees.
