Cold Start to Week in Pittsburgh

Cold temperatures will be the rule for the early part of the week around the Pittsburgh area.

Highs will be in the upper teens to around 20 degrees Monday and Tuesday with lows in the low single digits.

Temperatures will moderate starting Wednesday. Thursday could see a high around 30 degrees.

Later in the week, a southern storm will have to be watched for possible impacts in the Northeast due to snow, ice and rain before Valentine's Day.
