Indeed, if you look at the watches and warnings out today, it would seem there is a major winter storm brewing (point snowfall amounts are from the NWS this morning):
Boom goes the snow storm! Not much to say about this weekend's snowstorm except that it's going to be a doozy for interior New England and significant for the major cities of the Northeast. The storm will deliver significant snow to us here at AccuWeather HQ as well, and I encourage you to follow the AccuCams throughout the storm, as well as watching my Facebook page and the PASC, where I'll post snow photos and time-lapses.
