More rounds of severe storms and downpours will hit parts of Texas and Oklahoma in the coming days and the picture is getting clearer for our storm off the Southeast Coast.
Severe storms and floods will remain a concern for the next several days in the southern Plains while the critter now over the Bahamas drifts north.
A stormier setup is coming this week for the southern Plains and near the Southeast Coast. Most areas in between get warm and quiet week, though.
It will stay mostly quiet through the weekend, but troubles will erupt west of the Mississippi and off the Southeast Coast next week.
A generally quiet setup for now won't last long for most places. It will get stormy west of the Mississippi early next week and semitropical problems may develop along the East Coast.
Although not entirely quiet, this week won't be as active nor wet as last week was. Thank goodness!
