1. The storm going through the Plains will dump snow over Nebraska to Minnesota today. In open areas, it will be near-blizzard conditions. Map below is from the AccuWeather Ops folks!
2. Severe weather will continue across central and eastern Texas today. Damaging winds and hail will be the primary impacts, but a few tornadoes can occur, too.
3. First look at the Valentine's Day storm. Hopefully, the storm can bring some love to the D.C. and Baltimore snow lovers this time. Seems most of the operational models are going for a more southern track with the storm which seems okay for now, but I can see how it tries to shift north again this week.
Storm this week will bring snow and heavy thunderstorms. El Nino on the way!
Models remain out of sorts on the storm next week. There will be one with some snow.
Severe weather to start the day... Icy weather tonight... Next week's storm. A lot going on.
Changes are coming but slowly. A little ice Thursday night into Friday morning.
Ice for parts of Texas to Mississippi...Solution on storm next week seems to be out there again.
Snow will wind down this evening but not after giving over 6 inches to many places.
