1. Snow will hit the front range of the Rockies Sunday including Denver. Some places will get over 6 inches of snow with travel along I-80 and I-25 hazardous Sunday.
2. Severe storms will develop in the southern Plains Sunday. The storms will focus around Missouri, Arkansas and Oklahoma. The main impacts with the storms will be large hail and damaging wind gusts. Since the front is undercutting the warm air, it does not appear to me to be a tornado situation. Typically, undercutting fronts produce large hail.
Upper-level storm will bring heavy rains to the mid-Atlantic.
An upper low will dive into the Ohio Valley producing an area of heavy rain.
A front settles down into Texas and causes heavy rains.
