Severe Weather in the Plains and Midwest. Potential Outbreak Monday Into Tuesday. Heat Wave for the Pacific Northwest.

1. Plains and Midwest Severe Weather through Sunday - Storms will develop in a corridor from Nebraska to Ohio during the next four days. There will be areas of significant severe weather, especially in the Midwest, this weekend. Impacts will be damaging winds, hail, tornadoes and heavy rains. Saturday and Sunday could be big days in the Midwest and Ohio Valley.

2. East Monday and Tuesday - An outbreak of severe storms in possible across the Northeast into the Appalachians and mid-Atlantic states. A powerful cold front will plow through produce severe storms with damaging winds, hail and tornadoes. The areas hit this week will be hit again.

3. Pacific Northwest Heat Wave - A heat wave will hit the Pacific Northwest this weekend. Temperatures will be in the 90s to near 100 across Washington, Oregon and Idaho this weekend.
