The map shows the severe weather for today. It looks to me that around the Gulf Coast is where the strongest storms will occur today.

Strong winds are coming up the Ohio River this morning near the low center. As the storm intensifies, high winds will rip through the Great Lakes later today through Friday morning. Winds around the lakes will be gusting over 50 mph. Some of the lakeshore areas could see gusts to 60 mph.

Next storm will bring snow to Denver Monday night into Tuesday. Denver could get a foot of snow next week.
