New T-Storm Scale... Another Severe Weather Outbreak Starts Thursday

SEVERE STORMS WILL HIT THURSDAY AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
Below is the severe weather outlook with the new thunderstorm scale. I went back to the 1-5 scale for thunderstorms and refined some of the storm impacts.
