Colorado Flooding..Ingrid Rains for South Texas

September 13, 2013; 10:21 AM ET

1. The flooding along the front range of the Rockies will continue through the weekend. The strongest upslope flow has already occurred the past two days, but additional upslope flow today through the weekend will only bring more rain and in some cases, locally heavy rains aggravating the flooding situation.

2. Ingrid should briefly develop in the southern Gulf of Mexico. For parts of Mexico, it's going to be very bad in regards to the flooding. Rain and thunderstorms should sneak up into southern Texas, but there they need the rain and should be able to handle quite a bit of rain before any flooding problems occur.
