Cat 4 Wind-Driven Snowstorm to Hit the Plains. Severe Weather Texas
Feb 1, 2012; 9:45 AM ET
Comments:
1. I went with a Cat 4 type snowstorm for the Plains since this has the look of a nasty snowstorm with a foot of snow in places. Denver should see 3-6 inches of snow with higher amounts more out into the High Plains.
2. Severe weather will develop in west-central Texas Thursday and spread into east-central Texas Friday. Looks like wind and hail will be the main impacts with the storm.
Below is an image of my snowstorm categories.
