Blizzard for Maine...Next in a Series of Messy Storms

February 17, 2013; 7:08 AM

Comments:

1. The storm in the Atlantic is winding-up this morning and will become a blizzard for parts of Maine and Atlantic Canada. Eastern New England is getting hit by light to moderate snow this morning. Most places will have several inches with more out on the Cape.

2. A series of messy storms will cross the country the next 7-10 days. If you like the weather, this period of storminess is going to bring just about every type of weather. The first storm on Monday into Tuesday will bring snow and a wintry mix, and perhaps some heavy storms to the South.
