Clues to the Upcoming Spring and Summer

The latest ECMWF monthlies have been released into our in-house system, and here is my interpretation of what it shows for the upcoming spring (March/April/May) and summer (June/July/August).

Again, this is not our forecast, just the latest ECMWF forecast model's forecast. I will post a spring forecast sometime in early March.
