* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING...6 TO 10 INCHES
AND LOCALLY 12 INCHES OVER THE JEMEZ AND SAN JUAN MOUNTAINS...
WITH 3 TO 6 INCHES OVER THE UPPER RIO GRANDE VALLEY...LOWER
CHAMA RIVER VALLEY...AND THE NORTHWEST HIGHLANDS REGION.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL INCREASE IN COVERAGE AND INTENSITY THIS
EVENING AND OVERNIGHT AND CONTINUE THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING
BEFORE TAPERING OFF LATER FRIDAY NIGHT.

* WINDS...GENERALLY OUT OF THE SOUTH AND SOUTHWEST AT 10 TO 15
MPH TONIGHT...SHIFTING TO THE WEST 10 TO 15 MPH FRIDAY.

* SNOW LEVELS...TEMPERATURES WILL BE COLD ENOUGH FOR SNOW AT ALL
LOCATIONS.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED ROADS MAY BECOME LOCALLY
IMPASSABLE ACROSS RIO ARRIBA...LOS ALAMOS...AND NORTHERN
SANDOVAL COUNTIES OVERNIGHT. ROADS ACROSS TAOS COUNTY AND THE
ADJACENT SANGRE DE CRISTO MOUNTAINS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED
BY FRIDAY MORNING. ROAD CONDITIONS WILL REMAIN POOR THROUGH
THE DAY ON FRIDAY BEFORE SNOW ENDS FRIDAY NIGHT. EXPECT WINTER
DRIVING CONDITIONS ON HIGHWAYS 64 AND 84...AND HIGHWAYS 550
AND 285 FROM LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING.
EXPECT LOCALLY POOR VISIBILITIES IN BLOWING SNOW.
