* TIMING...SATURDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...WIND CHILLS WILL REACH DANGEROUS TO POTENTIALLY LIFE
THREATENING LEVELS. FRIGID TEMPERATURES HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO
RESULT IN FROZEN PIPES...FROSTBITE AND HYPOTHERMIA IN A SHORT
AMOUNT OF TIME.
