    AND WEST TEXAS THIS MORNING...

    DENSE FOG CONTINUES OVER A FEW LOCATIONS THIS MORNING CAUSING THE
    VISIBILITY TO FALL TO BELOW A HALF MILE. THUS DANGEROUS DRIVING
    CONDITIONS MAY OCCUR INCLUDING ACROSS PORTIONS OF INTERSTATES 10
    AND 25 AROUND EL PASO...LAS CRUCES...DEMING AND TRUTH OR
    CONSEQUENCES. TRAVELERS SHOULD REMEMBER TO DRIVE BELOW NORMAL
    SPEED LIMITS IN AREAS OF FOG AND TO WATCH OUT FOR PEDESTRIANS AND
    ESPECIALLY SCHOOL CHILDREN EARLY THIS MORNING. MOST OF THE FOG
    WILL BURN OFF BY 9 AM.
