    STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW, WHICH IS IN EFFECT
    UNTIL NOON CST WEDNESDAY.

    * TIMING...SNOW WILL DEVELOP BY THROUGH THE MORNING...BECOMING
    MODERATE TO HEAVY BY MIDDAY. PERIODS OF HEAVY SNOW WILL CONTINUE
    THROUGH THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING WITH SNOW ENDING WEDNESDAY
    MORNING. AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW WILL DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON AND
    CONTINUE THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING.

    * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 8 TO 14
    INCHES...WITH THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS NEAR THE MISSOURI RIVER.

    * WINDS / VISIBILITIES...SIGNIFICANT REDUCTIONS IN VISIBILITY ARE
    POSSIBLE IN THE FALLING SNOW...AND ALSO IN BLOWING SNOW AS
    NORTHERLY WINDS INCREASE TO 20 TO 30 MPH WITH OCCASIONAL GUSTS
    OVER 30 MPH INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING.

    * IMPACTS...PLAN ON DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS...INCLUDING
    DURING THE EVENING COMMUTE TODAY. ROADS WILL QUICKLY BECOME SNOW
    COVERED.

    A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW MEANS
