* LOCATIONS...PORTIONS OF THE WESTERN MOHAWK VALLEY AND
SUSQUEHANNA REGIONS IN NEW YORK...THE NORTHERN TIER COUNTIES
OF PENNSYLVANIA...AND THE WILKES-BARRE SCRANTON METRO AREA.

* ACCUMULATIONS...TOTALS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES BY EARLY MONDAY...WITH
AMOUNTS CLOSER TO 5 INCHES OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN...THEN
CLOSER TO 3 INCHES IN THE METRO VALLEYS NEAR BINGHAMTON...
SCRANTON...AND WILKES-BARRE.

* TIMING...OCCASIONAL LIGHT SNOW WILL SPREAD INTO THE REGION EARLY
SUNDAY MORNING...GENERALLY BETWEEN 6 AND 10 AM. THE STEADIEST
AND HEAVIEST SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED FROM LATE SUNDAY AFTERNOON
THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS. SNOW SHOULD TAPER OFF AFTER MIDNIGHT.

* TEMPERATURES...RANGING FROM THE UPPER TEENS TO MID 20S.

* WINDS...SOUTH 5 TO 10 MPH...WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH.

* IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED SLIPPERY ROADS AND WALKWAYS.
