The state medical examiner's office has revised the death toll from a tornado in an Oklahoma City suburb to 24 people, including seven children, after officials say some of the victims may have been counted twice in the midst of all the chaos.
Preliminary reports are calling it an EF-4 tornado that has caused numerous fatalities and injuries in Moore, Okla.
