Franklin's family members shared pictures of their lost loved one with FOX 13 News Saturday. They were distraught about Franklin's killing.

According to a cousin, Franklin was on his way home from work, riding by JHACH. That's when surveillance cameras caught two or three cars following his, police said.

Just before 12:30 a.m., witnesses then heard gunshots. One of those witnesses spotted someone leaning out of a car at the same time.
