KINGMAN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS...

* UNTIL 845 AM CDT MONDAY

* AT 1126 PM CDT...EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM EARLIER RAIN FALL WILL
CONTINUE TO CAUSE FLOODING PROBLEMS THROUGH OUT THE NIGHT. NE40
AVE CURRENTLY HAS WATER OVER THE ROAD AND WATER IS UP TO THE
BRIDGE ON THE 3200 BLOCK OF NE 50TH STREET. THE RAIN HAS ENDED
AND THESE FLOOD WATERS ARE EXPECTED TO SLOWLY RECEDE OVERNIGHT.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
